S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. is committed to protecting the personal data provided by the individuals with whom it collaborates.

In order to ensure that your personal data is secure, we regularly communicate the personal data protection policy and related work instructions to all suppliers and clients of S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. and strictly enforce the measures for protecting privacy within the organization.

This personal data protection policy describes our practices regarding the processing of data directly or indirectly communicated to our organization, as well as the use of personal data for the purpose of providing services.

2. Processed personal information

S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. operates in Romania in the field of audit and consulting services. For this purpose, it processes personal data, received directly from the data subject or indirectly from clients/employers of the data subject, and these data are processed under appropriate conditions of security, traceability, and confidentiality, with controlled access.

S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. processes personal data in a manner compatible with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. processes personal data that are necessary and relevant for the provision of its services.

The data processed by us include personal data such as: name, surname, ID card number and series, personal identification number, home address, contact details, email, telephone, etc.

The legal basis for processing the mentioned data by S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. is, as appropriate, the fulfillment of legal obligations, the performance of a contract, legitimate interest, or consent.

3. Use and disclosure of personal information

S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L., for the purpose of providing services, may disclose your personal data to its partners who ensure a similar level of protection of personal data as presented in this Privacy Policy, based on agreements signed with them.

We do not disclose personal information regarding our clients unless they have explicitly authorized us to do so by granting explicit consent.

Ways in which we use and/or communicate your personal data:

  • S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. may use the collected personal information for the purpose of auditing, billing, and payment for the services provided.

S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L., upon your request, can confirm whether and what information it holds about you, as well as how this information is processed.

If S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. refuses a request from you, for example, based on the right of access or deletion, we will provide an explanation of this decision, which you have the right to legally contest.

S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. does not transfer your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

If at any time we decide to use personal data in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will make this public, notify you, and provide you with the opportunity to choose whether we can use your information in this different manner or not.

In order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of data, we implement reasonable and adequate physical, IT, and organizational security measures to efficiently protect all personal data that we collect/store/process.

In order to improve the measures presented in the current Personal Data Protection Policy, we will make every effort to ensure that the data is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and relevant for the intended use, and any changes that occur will be described in the updated version.

S.C. RIGOR FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L. will periodically test and review the effectiveness of measures to protect data against the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction.

5. Changes to the Personal Data Protection Policy

6. Duration of storage/processing

The duration of storage/processing of personal data is equal to the duration of the contract and a period of 5 years after its termination.
